Some love stories are straight out of a fairytale, and Chloe & Chris’ engagement session at Bothwell Castle was nothing short of magical. With the sun shining down on the stunning red sandstone walls and a gentle breeze rustling through the nearby forest walk, the day was absolutely perfect for capturing their love.

A Picture-Perfect Day

Bothwell Castle, one of Scotland’s most breathtaking medieval ruins, provided an incredible backdrop for Chloe & Chris' engagement shoot. The weather couldn’t have been more ideal—warm sunlight streaming through the trees and casting a golden glow on the historic castle walls. It was one of those rare Scottish days where everything just felt meant to be.

 

Strolling Through the Forest Walk

We started our session with a leisurely walk through the lush green forest trails surrounding the castle. As Chloe & Chris held hands and laughed together, the natural beauty of the setting enhanced their joy. The towering trees, dappled sunlight, and winding paths created a dreamy, romantic atmosphere—perfect for intimate, candid moments.
