Meet Paul & Dannii

Hi, we’re Paul & Dannii — the husband-and-wife team behind Forever Timeless Photography.

Between us, we have over 20 years of experience in photography, with much of that time spent photographing children and families.

We know that every child is different. Some are full of confidence the second they step in front of the camera, while others need a little more time and encouragement. Our relaxed and friendly approach is all about making children feel comfortable, having a bit of fun and capturing natural smiles and real personalities.

As parents ourselves, we also understand just how important school photographs become. They’re little snapshots of childhood that families look back on for years to come.

We bring the same care and attention we’re known for in our family photography into every school and nursery we visit — creating a photography day that’s enjoyable for the children, straightforward for staff, and produces photographs parents are excited to take home.

How the day works

 

  1. We arrive early and set up quietly, usually in a hall, gym, or spare classroom — we bring our own portable lighting and backdrop, so all we need is a plug socket and a bit of space.
  2. Children come through in groups or class order, whichever suits your staff best on the day.
  3. We photograph individuals, siblings (if requested), and class groups, keeping things moving so lesson time isn't disrupted.
  4. Proofs go out to parents within working 10 days, with a simple online ordering system — no paper order forms for staff to collect and chase.
  5. The school receives its referral commission on every order placed.

FAQ

Are your photographers background-checked?

Yes — all photographers working in schools and nurseries are PVG/DBS checked.

How long does a full school or nursery take?

A typical primary school of 200–300 pupils usually takes a full school day (individuals and class groups combined). Larger schools of 300–400+ pupils may need a day and a half to avoid rushing the children.

What if a child is absent on the day?

No problem — any child who misses the school session can book a free retake at our studio. Parents can book directly with us, or the school office can arrange it on their behalf — whichever's easiest.

How do parents order and pay?

Each school gets a unique online ordering link, which we share with the office to pass on to parents (or which can go out directly, whichever you prefer). Parents view the proofs, choose their package, and pay online at the time of ordering — no cash or paper order forms to collect. Finished prints are delivered straight to the school for the office to hand out.

Do you photograph nurseries as well as schools?

Yes — we regularly work with nurseries and are used to photographing younger children, including those on their first day away from parents.

Is there a cost to the school?

No — packages are ordered directly by parents, and the school receives a referral commission on every order.
